OGC spells out challenges and opportunities for the region
The Government Office for Commerce along with colleagues from regional development
agencies met with CFSW framework stakeholders in May and presented a view

CFSW Framework Managers, public body Users and Consultants came together
to hear, among others, Phil Heenan from the Office of Governemnt Commerce
talk about how the OGC can support cost effective construction procurement.
With impending government cut-backs the message from the OGC was clear –
construction projects need to be cost, time and quality effective to be
viable.
