The Framework is intended to deliver the following:-
- New Building Construction Works
- Building Refurbishment Works
- Works associated with the above two catagories such as facilitation, landscaping, access and car parking works, but the Framework in not primarily to deliver mainstram 'civil engineering' works
The Framework may be used to deliver:-
- Client Designed Projects
- Contractor Designed Projects
- Or, ideally collaboratively designed projects
